What is the Difference Between a Cold and Corona virus?

Coronavirus, or COVID-19, is a new strain of coronavirus not previously seen in humans that is spreading quickly worldwide. Four other strains of corona family 
 are actually very common and usually only cause mild symptoms (like the common cold).  However, some strains, like COVID-19, can cause severe illness in certain groups. For example, older people and people of all ages with severe underlying health conditions — like heart disease, lung disease, and diabetes, for example — seem to be at higher risk of developing serious COVID-19 illness. There’s currently no cure or vaccine for COVID-19.
 
Symptoms 
  • Fever and/or chills
  • Cough (mainly dry)
  •  Difficulty breathing
  • Tiredness (mostly)
  • Aches and pains 
  • Headaches (sometimes)
  • Sore throat
